We are a family that travels a lot and we ended up with a variety of real estates along the way. Some we are still using and some are on sale as we currently do not use them. This means that all the properties are carefully selected and built for personal use. Rovinj
Gem of the Adriatic
Rovinj is a Croatian fishing port on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The old town stands on a headland, with houses tightly crowded down to the seafront. A tangle of cobbled streets leads to the hilltop church of St. Euphemia, whose towering steeple dominates the skyline. South of the old town is Lone Bay, one of the area’s pebble beaches. The Rovinj archipelago’s 14 islands lie immediately off the mainland.
Fuzine
Lakeside town in the mountains
Fuzine is a municipality situated 730m above sea-level, in the southwest part of Gorski kotar, surrounded by picturesque mountains, by the silence of centenary evergreen woods and by the beauty of its lakes. Since its beginnings and still today, Fuzine owe its development to the very favourable location near traffic routes and it has a long tourism tradition. A lot of people started to come Fužine to get away from the city life. The town has the advantage of being close to the sea (20 min of drive), but still offer a cool night due to mountain location. In Fužine you have a lot of bike routes and hiking trails.
Paraty
Historical town in the Rainforest
Paraty is a small town backed by mountains on Brazil's Costa Verde, between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Its Portuguese colonial center has cobbled streets and 17th- and 18th-century buildings dating to its time as a port, during the Brazilian Gold Rush. A charming small town by the sea surrounded by one of the most biodiverse forests on the planet.
